Değerli izclik camiamız, düzenlenen Genel Kurulda bizleri yeniden görev başına getirdiniz. Bana ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerimize göstermiş olduğunuz teveccühten dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Genel Kurulumuz bu seçimlerle izcilik ahlâkından uzak kişilerle, izcisi olmayan liderlerle "birlikte izcilik" yapmama kararı da almış oldu.

Bu güne kadar olduğu gibi bundan sonra da izcilik teşkilatımız, güzel ahlâkın, izcilik ahlâkının yaşanacağı bir teşkilat olacak, vatana millete hizmet eden, onun için canla başla çalışan çocuk ve gençler yetiştirmeye devam edecektir.

Vatana Millete hizmetimiz devam edecek, sosyal sorumluluk projelelerimiz artarak sürecektir. Millî Bilinç faaliyetlerimiz sürecek, arama, kurtarma ve insani yardım ekiplerimiz çoğaltılarak yurt sathına yayılacaktır.

Dış Türkler, akraba topluluklar, ortak geçmişe sahip olduğumuz, yeri yurdu neresi olursa olsun herkesi kendimizden bilip öyle muamelede bulunmaya devam edeceğiz.

Ülkemiz izciliğinin kalitesini artıracak hem de bu sayede dünya izciliğine katkıda bulunacağız.

Yöneticiden ziyade her izcinin, izcisi olan her liderin hizmetinde olarak çalışacağımızı belirterek yeniden teşekkür ediyor sevgi ve saygılarımı sunuyorum.

Dear Friends in Scouting,

With the General Assembly which held in 8th November 2012, you assigned us for this task again. On behalf of myself, and our Board Members, we thank you very much for your appreciation.

Also, with this elections, our General Assembly Members decided not to run " scouting together ", with the leaders who do not lead any scouts, and with poeple who are out of scouting morals.

As it is up to date, after that, our Scouting organisation will continue being organisation of good ethic values and scouting morals, and will continue growing up children and young people who serve their homeland and their nation and working diligently for that aim.

We will keep on serving for homeland and our nation, and social responsibility projects will continue by increasing. National Awareness activities will keep going on,we will increase the number of search and rescue and humanitarian aid teams and they will be spread throughout the country.

Turks and Relative Communities Overseas, the people who have a common history with us, we will continue to feel and treat everybody such as ourselves,  regardless of homeland or location.

We will improve the quality of Scouting in our country thus we will contribute the Scouting Movement of the World.

In addition to being an executive, I would like to mention that we are in service of every scout and every scout leader with scouts.
