Strategic Plan

Goals that carry scouting into the future, shaped by the knowledge and experience we have gained.

Goals that shape the future

We have built our strategic plan in the light of the knowledge and experience gained since taking office. Our aim is to make scouting stronger, more widespread and more useful to society.

01

Spreading scouting across the country

To spread scouting activities nationwide through protocols with institutions such as the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Presidency of Religious Affairs and universities.

02

Search, Rescue and Humanitarian Aid

This is the activity in which Scouts can fulfil, all at once, every duty mentioned in the Scout Promise: duty to God, to the homeland, to oneself and to others. And every Scout is “Always Prepared” to help at any such moment.

03

Institutional Partnerships

To develop cooperation with all institutions, agencies and civil society organisations; to act together in disasters and emergencies and make Scouts part of social solidarity.

04

Training and Leadership

To raise the quality of scouting programmes by developing the capacity of leaders and trainers, and to train new scout leaders.
